Last updated: [DATE]

This policy explains what personal information 234LABS (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you visit plus234labs.com, buy from us, or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • You give us: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, and anything you write to us (email, DM, contact form). If you create an account: your login details.
  • Collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, and how you use the site (pages viewed, items added to cart), through cookies and similar technologies.
  • From others: information from providers that run parts of our store, for example Shopify, our payment processors, and our couriers and analytics or advertising partners.

How we use it

  • To process orders, take payment, arrange delivery, and handle returns, exchanges and support.
  • To manage your account and send order and account updates.
  • To send marketing (new drops, restocks, offers) where you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To keep the store secure and prevent fraud.
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations, and to improve our products and site.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with providers who help us run 234LABS, such as our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping and fulfilment partners, and email and analytics tools, and only as needed to do their job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep the site working, remember your cart and preferences, and measure and improve performance and marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings and our cookie banner. Blocking some may affect how the site works.

Keeping your information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including order records we must keep for accounting and legal reasons. After that we delete or anonymise it.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside Nigeria. Where they do, we rely on those providers’ safeguards for international transfers.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing to you. Email customerservice@ashcorpgroup.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data-protection law (for example the Nigeria Data Protection Act, or the GDPR for EEA residents).

Children

The store isn’t directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We’ll post the new version here and update the date above.
